Hey there, I'm Kim!

I'm Kim Murphy, a certified Plant-Based Health Coach and an Amazon best-selling author of Plant Powered. I want to help you make whole food plant-based eating simple, easy, and delicious!

I began my journey to health & wellness through plant-based eating, after losing my father to Alzheimer's. I knew I had to take my health into my own hands so that the same didn't happen to me!

But I also knew plant-based eating had to be easy and tasty - I'm a busy mom of 2 young boys, and I don't have time to cook for hours in the kitchen every day, and if it didn't taste good, my family wouldn't stick with it.

I want to help you do the same so you can have your best health and life!

I have my Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and have completed my health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
